USD/JPY trades near a session low, around the 108.70 region

The USD/JPY pair held within familiar levels and was recently seen close to the lower end of the daily trading range, around the 108.70 region.

The pair advanced humbly on Friday amid subdued demand for dollars. However, a mix of factors provoked some fresh selling during today’s early session.

Currently, on the daily graph, the pair is hovering just under key trendline support and that will be one to watch from a technical perspective this trading week.
