AUD/USD eases a little from one-month highs
February 16, 2021
AUD/USD retreated from 0.7805 earlier to 0.7775 in early European trading. The fall occurred simultaneously with some trimming in the risk advance formerly on the US-China report. However, technically, it likewise comes as buyers run into a test of resistance from the tops of the year around the 0.7800-20 area.
The pair still extends the bullish momentum, although buyers are struggling to firmly hold a break above 0.7800 to begin the new year.
On the economic data front, the pair is not expecting any significant data releases today from either the Eurozone or the US.
